Frequently asked questions
A short guide to how Memora works. Missing something? Email us info@memora-uf.se.
- A printed photo book with small QR codes next to the pictures. Whoever scans a code with their phone hears or sees the clip that belongs to the picture – a voice, a laugh, a short film.
- Sound clips and short films that you record or upload in Memora, up to two minutes each. We host the clips ourselves so the codes keep working for many years.
- No. The camera in any modern phone reads the code and opens the clip straight in the browser. No account, no login.
- The codes point to a small web address that we keep alive on purpose, and the clips are stored safely in Europe. The goal is that the book works as well in ten years as it does today.
- 320 kr for a book with 20 pages and up to 5 QR codes, printing and shipping included. Four more pages cost 32 kr and each QR code beyond the 5 included 10 kr. You pay with Swish when you order.
- Sign in with your email, upload photos from your phone or computer, record or upload clips, choose layouts and place the codes. You always see how the pages will look in print.
- Photos as JPEG, PNG and WebP. Sound as MP3, M4A and WAV. Video as MP4 and MOV. Clips can be at most two minutes and 100 MB.
- Four students at NTI Handelsgymnasium who run Memora as a UF student company during the 2026/2027 school year.
